China Part 1: Longji Rice Terraces
A few days after I arrived in China we traveled to Guilin. I really wasn't sure what to expect from our travels, I just knew I had to be open for any journey we were going to take. The Longji Rice Terraces were more than I ever could have imagined. We spent an entire day traveling to the mountains and hiking to the top. In the single day we were there we experienced so much. The rich air, the bamboo rice, the local farmers and the breathtaking views.
