Three Springs Farm

Yesterday I traveled to Oaks, Oklahoma with the Chef and General Manager of a local restaurant here in Tulsa called Juniper. They source a lot of their vegetables from Three Springs Farm so they wanted to go visit the farm. It was such a cool experience to see all the work that goes into producing their food! We got to eat cherry tomatoes off the vine and dip our feet in the ice cold creek that runs in front of their home, needless to say it was such a beautiful morning. I love getting a glimpse into people's lives and being able to document it.
