Bodhi's Bowl

Bodhi’s Bowl is one of the concepts inside Mother Road Market on Route 66. Chef James Wegner reached out about needing photography of his food for social media, website and online ordering systems. I was excited because I always try a new dish from Bodhi’s Bowl every time we go to Mother Road Market! Their menu consist of different bowls inspired by food from all over the world like the Red Bird Bangkok Bowl, Chakra Chana Bowl, Poutine, El Bebe Gordito Bowl, and the Falafelopolis bowl. Another menu full of vegetables and color! We also tried to incorporate flags, spices, and raw ingredients that corresponded with each country the dish was inspired from.
