Radish

Radish is one of the restaurants inside Mother Road Market on Route 66. Their menu is full dishes like gyros, mezze platters, hummus, tabouli, and the most delicious Rotisserie chicken you’ve ever had. Needless to say, I’m a big fan of this restaurant. I was really excited when they reached out for photos of their menu, I knew it would be so colorful and full of fresh vegetables. I used both the wood tables at Mother Road Market and a marble top that I brought for backdrops to give variety and really bring out of the colors of their food.
