The Avery Kitchen & Bar
Back in August, I had the pleasure of photographing The Avery, a new restaurant located in downtown Tulsa’s Hyatt Regency. The Avery pays homage to Cyrus Avery, the “Father of Route 66,” and celebrates America’s iconic highway with a menu inspired by classic and reimagined dishes from cities along Route 66. The restaurant’s Art Deco-inspired design is a nod to Tulsa’s rich history, blending timeless elegance with modern comforts. It was a joy to capture their unique ambiance and delicious food, each dish reflecting the diverse culinary traditions of the regions the highway touches. The Avery opened its doors in late September, and I highly recommend stopping by to experience their incredible food and the incredible atmosphere that makes it a standout in Tulsa!
